Kualifikasi Umum :
- Fresh Graduate is a Must, with min GPA 3.00

1. Sales & Distribution
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree from any major
- Passionate in Sales & Distribution
- Target oriented
- Willing to be placed in any of PT Sinar Sosro's location
2. Purchasing
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, major in Industrial Engineering
- Energetic and able to work under pressure
- Willing to work mobile
- Passionate in Purchasing
- Willing to be placed in Bekasi (Head Office)
3. Human Resources
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, major in Psychology
- Able to use Psychological Tools Test
- Passionate in HR
- Willing to be placed in any of PT Sinar Sosro's location
4. Accounting & Finance
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, major in Accounting, Finance
- Detail oriented

5. Factory Division
a. Production & Maintenance
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, major in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
- Passionate in Production & Maintenance
- Energetic and able to work under pressure
- Willing to be placed in Deli Serdang or Bali (Factory)
b. Quality Control
