Software Engineer Maintenance

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess Bachelor degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics) or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): PLC, Preventive & Corrective Maintenance, Electrical skills, Automation system (PLC Allen Bradley)
• Preferably Senior Technician/Foreman (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
• Able to work under minimum supervision and under pressure condition
• Willing to work in near Subang area.

Responsibility :

1. Auditor Preventive Maintenance automation parts
2. Support KPI breakdown machine by software analysis
3. Project improvement by software machine related Safety, Quality and Production issue
4. Report to Supervisor

 

People & OD Supervisor

Requirements :

• At least 3 years of experience in similiar position
• Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
• Proven ability to master the full training cycle
• Experience in doing job analysis, job evaluation and salary structure
• Coming from Manufacturing industry will be advantage
• Mature and Open minded with High Energy and Hard worker

Responsibility :

1. Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
2. Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results including the effectiveness
3. Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development
4. Develop short and long-range strategic plans for effective development, and utilization of Human Resources
5. In parallel serve as HR Business Partner

 

Security & GS Manager

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree from reputable University
• State-prescribed security training, licensing, and registration.
• At least five years' experience in a similar role.
• Extensive experience in preventing illegal activity and performing access control.
• In-depth knowledge of security procedures and surveillance equipment.
• Have broad knowledge and experience in legal permit, company legal document permit and renewal.
• Easily build, have strong relationships, and can communicate well with government agencies, especially BKPM, Customs, or Ministry of Trade.

Responsibility :

1. Collaborating with department managers to determine security needs.
2. Planning and implementing comprehensive security strategies.
3. Controlling the security operations budget, monitoring expenses, and documenting processes.
4. Supervising, recruiting, and training security personnel.
5. Maintain office facility and assets: liaise with building management, make sure the environment could promote the productive work, neat, tidy, and clean all the time, record all the office assets, routine office facility checking, office renovation.
6. Legal: Maintain all office legal and permit document, dealing and liaise with related external party.
7. Maintain all legal stuff such as permit, car and driver, housing, children school, language course, other legal facility.

 

Civil Engineer Staff

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess Bachelor degree from Civil Engineering
• Have a good knowledge with Hydrology
• Having experience in Civil minimum 3 years
• able to use Autocad 3D, GIS, and Solidwork software
• able to create BQ/RAB project.
• Good analythical thinking, communication skills, and problem solving.

1. Ensure Building Maintenance and repairs
2. Preventive Maintenance
3. Inspect to all facilities on the Building
4. Medium Building load calculation
5. Improvement in the area
